Where Are They Now
Today we feature Lyndall Stout.
She has experience on the anchor desk and in the field, reporting on a wide variety of stories over the years, from investigative to feature reports. Lyndall was the weekend anchor and a general assignment reporter at KARK-TV, the NBC affiliate in Little Rock, Arkansas. She worked in Little Rock for more than four years and was recognized by the Arkansas Associated Press for achievement in documentary reporting. Lyndall’s first job was as a general assignment reporter and fill-in anchor at KTEN-TV, the NBC station in Denison, Texas. Lyndall grew up in Oklahoma and attended college at Arkansas Tech University, graduating cum laude with bachelor’s degrees in journalism and speech communication. She also has a master’s degree in mass communication from Louisiana State University. What's Lyndall doing now? She is the anchor of the 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 and 11:00 p.m. newscasts at WBRE in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

I didn't watch channel 4 when she was on. I do now.
Lyndall was one of the greatest things about KARK. She could cover hard news investigations and do a goofy, silly story that was her specialty. Great talent and she is sorely missed.
please no one misses her
Everyone misses her in Russellville. Alice Stewart does a much better job as weekend anchor than Lyndall ever did.
it took me a w hile to realize alice and lyndall were two different people.
Oh please... Alice does a better job than Lyndall? That's just nuts... Alice only took the weekend job after she was passed over for the morning show job and the weekday anchor job.
Lyndall moved up... enough said.
Lyndall moved up like 2 markets. And its another crappy Deathstar station.
Lyndall is a great person and an excellent reporter. I am so happy to see her succeed as a main anchor in a larger market. She does Arkansas Tech proud.
Ohhhh, well when you put it that way ...
She does Arkansas Tech proud.
I think anyone that can do basic math, does Arkansas Tech proud.
Why is everyone so hateful?
The haters like to focus attention on others, so that, they don't have to think about their own miserable lives. That's DeeeeeeWayne Graham's life story.
Must be another U of A Alum who thinks THE UNIVERSITY is the only university in the state. They're all great colleges and universities- don't be such a snob.
Lyndall does everything better than Alice.
Jancey does everything better than Lyndall or Alice.
The only thing Jancey has going for her is youth and marginal good looks. In a few years, you'll be putting her down, too. Her stories are never that great and even her public service announcements are boring. At least Alice and Lyndall have character and can put together a decent story.
Sounds like Alice wrote the above comment.
I'm thinking Mr. Food is gay... sure wouldn't leave him alone with any small children !!!
well, one thing's for sure...she's no little dove. goose maybe, but no dove
Mr. Food cooks doves for his gay parties.
I think Lindall looked hot when she was in LR.
She was much better looking in person.
Although when she did that feature on Damien Echols that KARK showed during the May sweeps she looked kind of scary IMHO....
Damn, that was lame, showing a feature story during sweeps that wasn't even done by your own station....well that's "Deathstar" for you....
Mr. Food is GAY?
"Ooooooh! IT's so good!"
Lyndall made the contact with Damien while she was working at KARK. She came back to do the story. Her current station could have cared less about the case. It was a KARK crew that put the stories together in Little Rock.
Channel 4 has been in the toilet ever since the days of Mel Hanks' investigative (and trashy) reporting and Al Sandubrae's (sp?) horrendouse leadership in the news department.
Channel 7 is king in central Arkansas, IMHO . . . . .
Lyndall is the crown jewel of Russellville and the belle of Scranton. She makes Arkansas proud.
There are far better graduates of Tech who do far better work in the same field. Lyndall rode coat-tails to get where she is, and I doubt that's changed where she's at now.
Lyndall Stout rode coat-tails to get where she is? Well, at least you did not write that she used kneepads.
