Shreveport Reporter Busted for Drugs
The Inquisitor reports KTAL reporter Joe Arena was arrested on drug charges recently. The incident happened on March 2 and that the charges "have been taken care of".

Anyone in this area know that The Inquisitor will post anything they think will sell papers... even if it isn't "real news." With that being said... anyone in the area, and especially at a station who has already had one on air personality on the cover of The Inquisitor, knows NOT to talk to Danny Lawler or any of his people.

Simply being in BUFFALO, NY is much WORSE than any sentence that could have been handed down by any court.
Now that this story is making the rounds in Buffalo, I'm surprised that someone hasn't had this blog wiped from the internet. If he comes clean and does a nice warm and fuzzy story about the arrest, the public will forgive him. If not, he will forever be under suspicion.
I am appalled News 4 Buffalo would hire this guy. Shame on you.

I saw Joe Arena on Delaware and Allen last night acting a fool!
He was cursing and yelling walking down the street. Caused a huge scene. and could barely walk he was so drunk.

Getting arrested for either marijuana or cocaine? Not funny at all. Someone needs to show this guy how to act accordingly. I don't know any professional that is allowed to keep his job after drug charges. The media should be teaching our children not to do drugs, not how to get away with it.

So it seems Joe Arena's and WIVB's actions are inexcusable and tragic. Both have been busted in a lapse of judgment pertaining to the past drug charges of WIVB's current employee Joe Arena. This is a dark day for all the people of the City of Buffalo and Suburbs. One could only hope WIVB does the right thing in this circumstance and pack Joe Arena onto the next flight out of Buffalo for good. Maybe then will the people of this community learn to trust and support WIVB again.

MR. Arena's conduct off the job is Mr. Arena's business. HE is not an elected public official, nor is he in some Public position that requires absolute clarity at all times-on and off the job--for some safety reason.
If Mr. Arena's "off hours" conduct does not impair his ability to do his job then it is nobodies business but his own.
Whose business is it anyway? You busybodies need to get a life.
